This California Consumer Privacy Notice does not apply to information we collect, process or disclose pursuant to laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and their implementing regulations or other California financial privacy laws, such as the California Financial Information Privacy Act.
