To help ensure we can reach you, your consent allows us, our affiliates, and subsidiaries to contact you using an automatic telephone dialing system and an artificial or pre-recorded voice when calling or texting the phone numbers(s) provided to us by you, including your wireless number.

Notwithstanding any current or prior election to opt in or opt out of calls or SMS messages (including text messages), I expressly authorize Nelnet Bank, and its agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, subcontractors, or anyone calling on behalf of Nelnet Bank to contact me at any current or future mobile, wireless, or residential phone number provided by me about my loans, loan request, deposit account, and for any other purpose, including to inform me of additional services, and to contact me at such number(s) using an automated telephone dialing system, via SMS messages (including text messages), with an artificial or prerecorded voice call or message, or through other similar technology.

I understand my consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any products or services or receiving any account benefits. I understand I can opt out at any time, including upon account creation, by calling 800.446.4190. I certify that I am the current subscriber of, and I am permitted to receive calls at, the telephone number(s) I have provided and agree to promptly notify you if my telephone number changes.
